Emotionally Healthy Spirituality (EHS)

I was a Jesus follower for many years before being introduced to the idea that my spiritual maturity and emotional health were inseparable. God used Peter Scazzero's book, Emotionally Healthy Spirituality, to open my eyes to this truth and to an entirely different approach to my discipleship in Jesus. My hope is that He will do the same for you.
EHS is an 8-week study that corresponds with each chapter of the book Emotionally Healthy Spirituality. Together, we will discover symptoms of unhealthy spirituality and learn core biblical principles and practices to help us experience deep and lasting transformation in our relationship with Jesus.
